Tania has collaborated with some of the world’s iconic retail brands, working domestically and internationally.
An ability to create emotional connection is evident in the content she has written and directed; from showcasing her home city to establishing fashion credentials to creating awareness for niche organisations.
Her professional career has seen her operate in private industry, the public sector, across retail, tech, community and the arts, where her unique approach to communications is due to her strength in combining creativity and brand with strategy. And it was consulting to the capital city council where she was instrumental in the launch of Adelaide’s first place brand.
As a Creative Director in advertising, Tania developed national campaigns for
Australia’s largest retail brands, and as a Creative Consultant, she lead the evolution of marketing strategy; driving social connection in corporate and consumer communications through distinctive content in both digital and traditional media. .
She has art directed campaigns for David Jones in Paris, set creative direction for the premium designer range at MYER as a platform for Jennifer Hawkins and directed a film to position Spring Racing fashion. As a creative, she has produced work in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Finland and New Zealand. Her work has appeared on national free to air, across digital platforms and in both local and international premium publications.
More recently, as Head of Brand for an Australian Fintech, Tania guided the company through a rebrand for both B2B and B2C parts of the business, executing on a strategic vision at the intersection of technology and customer experience.
Tania thrives on bringing an innovative creative approach to commerce and her analytical mind and curiosity identifies unique ways to fostering cross-sector collaboration, building communications that are not only brand-forward but also deeply experiential.
